I'm Victor, founder of Fit As You Go. This notice explains how I handle your personal information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

The data controller is Fit As You Go Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17186841. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. You can contact me at contact@fitasyougo.com.

WHAT I COLLECT AND WHY

When you join the waitlist, I collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your first name and where you plan to train. I use these details to email you about Fibra, its availability and price. Joining the list gives your consent to these emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

When you send a contact message, I collect your name, email and message so I can reply. My lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to enquiries about my business. Both forms record the time of submission.

AI WORKOUT IDEAS

When you ask for workout ideas, your goals, available space and selected training options are sent to Lovable AI to generate a suggestion. Please do not include names, contact details or medical information. I do not save these descriptions in my customer records or subscribe you to the waitlist. The AI service processes requests to provide the suggestions and may retain operational logs under its service policies. I use a short-lived, hashed network identifier and request counts to limit misuse, not for advertising. My lawful basis is legitimate interests: providing the requested tool and protecting it from misuse. These ideas are AI generated, not a personal assessment or medical advice.

HOW YOUR DATA IS STORED

I use Lovable Cloud to host this site and securely store submissions. My hosting and storage providers process information only to operate these services, not for their own marketing. I never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing. I may disclose information if legally required. If processing takes place outside the UK, appropriate UK GDPR transfer safeguards are required.

HOW LONG I KEEP IT

I keep waitlist details while you remain subscribed and Fibra updates remain relevant. I review the list at least annually. I normally delete contact messages within 12 months of resolving the enquiry, unless I need to retain them for a legal obligation.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can unsubscribe, ask for a copy of your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask me to restrict processing at any time by emailing contact@fitasyougo.com. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where applicable. I normally respond within one month.

If you have a concern, contact me first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

COOKIES AND OTHER WEBSITES

I do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential sign-in storage is used for private admin access only. Links to TikTok and Instagram take you to websites with their own privacy policies.
