Train anywhere. Up to 120 kg of resistance from a single arm.

Real resistance. Kit-bag portability.

The Beta Cohort

This is a beta unit, offered to a small first cohort. It is a single Fibra arm, the core of the system, in its final production form. The bar and mount strap are functional stand-ins, included so you can put the arm through every movement. The finished accessories follow after beta.

What It Is

One Fibra arm delivers up to 120 kg of cable resistance from a single compact steel arm. Anchor it to a door, tree, pole, or rack with the mount strap, attach the bar to the bands, and pull, press, or row against real resistance. Adjust the load in seconds by adding or removing strands, from a single strand up to a full stack. It packs into a bag and sets up anywhere solid.

FAQs

Is it safe?

Yes. Every Fibra arm is UKCA compliant and backed by a full technical file. The steel arm is stress-tested to 300 kg, the mount strap anchors to a solid fixed structure, and every resistance figure is crane-scale verified. A full user manual ships with each unit.

How easy is it to set up?

Under two minutes. Loop the mount strap around a solid anchor, a door, tree, pole, rack, or rig, connect the arm, and train. No tools, no drilling, no fixings.

How much resistance does it produce?

Up to 120 kg from a single arm. Crane-scale verified, not estimated. Adjust by adding or removing strands at 5 kg per strand. Start at one strand and build from there. Progress is countable.

How long do the bands last?

Bands are consumable. Inspect before every session and replace at the first sign of cracking, discolouration, or loss of elasticity. Typical lifespan: 12+ months with regular home use.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. Start with a single strand at 5 kg and scale up from there. The same arm serves rehab-light work and heavy compound pulls, with no equipment changes between sets.
