The Fibra System
Fibra is built around a single component: the Fibra arm. Everything else, the footplate, the bar, exists to serve it.
Each arm can support up to 24 strands, creating 24 individual levels of resistance. The rigid steel geometry holds every band at a precise fixed angle, eliminating slack at the start of the movement and removing dead zones throughout the range of motion. Add or remove strands in seconds.
The Fibra Standard comes with two arms, giving you the freedom to use one or both depending on your training needs. A single arm gives the finest progression, one strand at a time. With two arms, resistance climbs in pairs, two strands per adjustment. Both setups support unilateral and bilateral movements, giving you precise control over how you progress.
The same anchor profile works seamlessly with the footplate or secured to any solid structure, so you can train anywhere.
One part. Two ways to anchor.
How It Works
No tools, no drilling, no installation.
Floor Mode. Stand on the footplate. You're the anchor.
- Setup: under 30 seconds
- Best for: squats, rows, presses, deadlifts, curls
- Why start here: flat floor is all you need
- Resistance: a single strand at 5.5 kg up to a full stack at 132 kg
Mount Strap Mode. Wrap the strap around anything solid: door, tree, pole, rack, rig.
- Setup: 1 to 2 minutes
- Best for: horizontal pulls, standing presses, rotational work, outdoor sessions
- Anchor flexibility: any height the strap reaches
